Our rates are very competitive and we charge both hourly and per incident. Most service starts with a $50 diagnostics fee. If we fix the problem, your diagnostics charge is waived. We also have free pickup and delivery within the twin cities metropolitan area.

Our service charge rate is $110 per hour.

Hardware and software costs are extra, but we will never purchase new hardware or software without your consent.

We also do bigger jobs, like “whole office moves” and “multi-media installations”. These types of jobs are done on a bidding basis.

Our hours of operation are pretty flexible, but there is a $100 “emergency” charge for jobs not scheduled 48 hours in advance.
